Meet Tony, our new Regional Manager

I’m a born and bred Wellingtonian, and I recently returned home after being away for 28 years.

Like many others, my journey began with a desperate cry for help! I believed I was broken due to past experiences of sexual trauma, drug addiction, sex working, eating disorders, and self-destructive behaviors. I thought I needed to fix myself.

Now I know that all these perceived negative experiences have helped create the person I am today. My purpose is to support other survivors who have been through similar experiences - particularly members of the LGBTQI+ community - and to collectively create a new narrative.

Alongside my lived experience I have a degree in communication, I’m trained in Embodied Counseling – Co-Creative Counseling – ISTA Training’s (International School of Temple Arts) - Conscious Relating and Sexuality Coach - Trauma Informed Facilitation. I’m also a healer/sharman - A Bodywork Practitioner (Romiromi)- Workshop Facilitator and a Radical Faerie heart circle host.

“Recovery is possible.”
